NY Times Feature of Ragnar's Performance Piece

Jazz critic Andrew Gilbert shares the story of how singers Lilan Kane and Jackie Gage met in this new article. Their friendship culminated in an album release at Yoshi's Oakland in 2016. Both artists take inspiration from established vocalists like Rachelle Ferrell and Faye Carol, as well friends like Amy Dabalos, and Gabriela Marguerite, vocalists who shine a light on the jazz and soul roots growing in the Bay Area.
